Nancy Gawrys, owner of NPT, has more than fifteen years of experience as a personal trainer. A former high school biology, anatomy and physiology teacher, she also coached track and cross-country runners. Understanding effective fitness training is not “One-Size-Fits-All”, she creates custom workout programs which may include strength, flexibility, cardiovascular training,endurance training and Pilates, depending on the short and long term goals of the client.
Her goal is to help individuals reach their personal fitness goals and achieve a level of balance in their lives.
As a mother of four, a tri-athlete, adventure racer, and business owner, Nancy is no stranger to the struggles of balancing work, personal life and fitness.
